Depuis toujours, les Star Wars Celebrations ont permis aux fans de rencontrer un grand nombre d’acteurs et de personnalités de la saga. Bien évidemment, cette nouvelle édition perpétue la tradition avec environ une quarantaine d’acteurs accueillis dans le Autograph Hall; de quoi attirer bon nombre d’amateurs d’autographes venus de toute la Galaxie.
Comme à l’accoutumée, les interprètes des personnages principaux étaient conviés. Celebration Anaheim a aussi permis de rencontrer ou de revoir, comme toujours, d’autres personnes ayant tenu des rôles plus secondaires.
Pour cette année, l’organisation avait, en partie, mis l’accent sur les personnages des Ewoks avec quatre acteurs ayant incarné certains de ces très connus autochtones d’Endor. Les maquettistes et concepteurs d’effets spéciaux étaient, eux aussi, un peu plus à l’honneur cette fois.
À quelques mois de la sortie de The Force Awakens nous n’avons pas eu la chance de pouvoir déjà rencontrer des acteurs issus du prochain opus de la saga comme on pouvait s’y attendre. Nous espérons que cela sera possible dès la prochaine Star Wars Celebration…
Since ever, the Star Wars Celebrations are a place for the fans to meet with the actors and personalities of the saga. Of course, it was the same case for this edition: around 40 actors were in the Autograph Hall, enough to attract many fans who came from the whole Galaxy!
As usual, the actors of the main characters were invited. Celebration Anaheim was also the place to meet or to meet again with some actors having a secondary role.
This year, the organizing committee focused partly on some of the Ewoks characters: four actors of these native furballs from Endor were there to meet and share with the fans. The model makers and the FX artists got also the spotlight this time.
Couples of months before the first public projection of The Force Awakens, we didn’t get the opportunity to meet some of the actors of the new episode of the saga, as expected. Hopefully, that will change for the next Star Wars Celebration…
