La troisième partie (13’35 ») est dédiée aux personnages et monstres et plus précisément le Wampa (quelle galère pour le technicien a l’intérieur !), les Taun-Taun (comment les faire souffler au grand froid par exemple ou comment Phil Tippett gère leurs déplacements en « go motion »), Yoda (Stuart Freeborn explique le passage de la marionnette au personnage animé mécaniquement), Chewbacca, R2-D2 ou encore C-3PO avec quelques interviews des acteurs à la clé, rien d’exclusif cependant.
Cela part du principe que le triptyque Luke, Leia, Solo a été traité dans la première partie. Mais point de Dave Prowse/Darth Vader à l’horizon…
The third part, which lasts 13’35 » is dedicated to the characters and monsters, and more precisely the Wampa (it was a hell for the technician inside!), the Tauntaun (how to make them breath, or their « go motion » moving by Phil Tippett), Yoda (Stuart Freeborn explains the switch from the Muppet to the animatronics), Chewbacca, R2-D2 or C-3PO with interviews of the actors, but do not expect something exclusive here.
It is based on the principle that the trio Luke, Leia and Han was the focus of the first part of the documentary… But no trace of Dave Prowse/Darth Vader here…
