Where did you get the second plaque for the TIE ?

Which one please? The first is an old custom made plaque, I made it the moment I learned eFX will make the TIE so looooong ago and it contains information about TIE Fighters and the second on the right is signed by Mr. John Dykstra, who was very kind every time.
