Ci-dessous vous trouverez la réponse sur le forum RS de Dave de R2Dtoys. Elle concerne les recentes difficultés rencontrées par R2Dtoys avec leur service client. pour les anglophobes, il est tout bonnement annonccé qu'ils ne seront pas en mesure d'assurer la livraison ni du Mace, ni du R2+Yoda

I "pffffffuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit !" tell from reading this topic i'm probably not the most liked person here right now, but i'd like to explain a few things, but please don't think this is going to be a whole load of excuses, i belive that each and every one of your opinions and views has a reason and is perfectly justified.
First of all i would like to apologise to every one of you that feels our service to you has either been lacking, or down right apalling, obviously it is never our intention to let down ANY of our customers, unfortunately certain things have happened that have been out of our control and we have tried our best to make sure that if it is a problem which we "pffffffuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit !" resolve, it gets done.
I think the biggest problem we have had is the CIV Luke's, these were promised to arrive with us just after CIV, but as many of you know, this has not happened, the Luke's WILL (100%) be arriving TODAY (Friday 27th July), me and my colleges have agrred that we will be staying after hours to get as many packed as humanly possible, obviously the parcels will not be able to be shipped until monday, but this does mean that everyone should get their Luke by the middle to end of next week, we're not looking for any thanks for our doing this, we see this as a small gesture we "pffffffuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit !" make to our customers to make up for the extreme delays that they have experienced.
In regards to the GG Mace and Yoda + R2 Maquettes, as most of you know there are only a limited ammount of these available due to them being exclusives, we made a pre-order for both items and were told that we would be recieving more than enough to fulfill any pre-orders that we would recieve ourselves, last week we were contacted and told that unfortunatly we won't be getting the maquettes being as our supplier was unable to predict that there would have been such a huge demand for these items, subsequently this meant that all of our customer that had made pre-orders for this item would have to be refunded, I personaly processed all of the refunds myself and "pffffffuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit !" assure everyone that we do NOT operate on a 15% Admin or refund fee.
As far as postage costs go we very rarely make any profit on any postage we charge, in fact in certian cases we actually make a loss, we generaly have no influence on poastage costs, but sometimes we are able to offer cheaper postage to our customers as part of an offer/gesture of goodwill.
I don't expect this to be the answer to all of your problems, and in no way i'm I looking for everyone to all of a sudden be forgiveful, all i would ask is for ANY problems or queries please do not hesitate to e-mail me directly at Dave@r2dtoys.com and I will always endevor to do my best to answer any e-mails or phone calls that I recieve when ever I am available.

la moindre des choses aurait ete d envoyer ce genre de mail a chacun d entre nous qui avons fait une pre commande chez eux.
Au final je n ai pas pris le Yoda/r2d2 a Londres car mon budget etait limité et je m en mords les doigts maintenant. Je me disais que vu la pile d invendus de Yoda/r2d2 il n y avait pas de risque...
Au moins une chose est claire, je ne commanderais plus jamais dans cette boutique.
allez je vais faire un tour sur ebay, histoire de payer 2 fois plus cher car je suis trop coon...
