Dear Valued Premier Guild Member,
Office Closure
In observance of the upcoming holiday, our office will be closed on the following days:
Thursday, December 31st
Friday, January 1st
We will re-open on Monday, January 4th, 2010.
Premier Guild Membership Renewals
All Premier Guild memberships are du to expire on Thursday, Decmeber 31st. Please log into your accounts to see if your auto-renewal is set to ON. If you do not wish to auto-renew, please turn your auto-renewal OFF.
Renewal fee is $60 and if you renew your membership will be valid through December 31st, 2010. We will be offering pre-orders for the choces of the 2010 PG gifts by the second week in January.
Republic Commandos and Snowtrooper Pre-Orders
We will be processing pre-orders for the Republic Commandos and Snowtrooper Mini Busts beginning Tuesdau, January 5th. If you have pre-orders for these items; please check your orders to see if all your billing and shipping information is accurate. If changes need to be made please do the following:
Send an email directly to customerservice@gentlegiantstudios.com
In the subject field enter "Pre-order Republic Commando Request" or "Pre-order Snowtrooper Request"
Please note: If you update your information on your profile; it only applies to future orders (not pre-orders). Include the order number and what changes need to be made to the billing and/or shipping information. If you would like us to use the saved information on your account, please indicate that in your email.

Attention!
Plusieurs PGM dont le renouvellement était automatique ont vu leur carte de crédit débitée plusieurs fois (2x, 3x...) de 60$.
Pas de news de GG pour le moment, j'espère que la situation sera vite régularisée. C'est vraiment du très grand n'importe quoi
Pour ma part, j'ai été débité au moins 2x. Sur mon relevé bancaire : le 31/12/09 & le 02/01/10.
2010 commence vraiment très bien pour GG

Hi guys! Happy New Year!
We apologize for any difficulties any of you may have had in getting your PGM renewals processed. We want to get this corrected as quickly as possible. If your cards were authorized multiple times, please send an e-mail to
customerservice@gentlegiantstudios.com with the order numbers, transaction dates and authorization codes (could also be called approval codes - you may need to call your bank directly for these) and we will get them corrected as quickly as possible.
We "pffffffuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit !" do one of two things:
a) remove the hold/issue a refund for the extra transaction
or
b) apply the extra transactions as credit towards current pre-orders (which would be awesome for whoever ordered the Republic Commandos or Snowtrooper).

N'assurent pas chez GG!!
Je vais bientôt ne passer que par ebay!
Quelle est la démarche à suivre?? Vont-ils rembourser automatiquement ou faut-il faire la demande?

Due to a system error, memberships that were scheduled to auto-renew on December 31st, 2009 were processed multiple times in error.
We are currently processing refunds for all extra membership renewal transactions.
The system attempted to process auto-renewals on December 30th at 10pm PST, December 31st at 10pm PST then on January 1st at 10pm PST.
If your transaction was approved on January 1st, this charge was automatically applied to your PG renewal for the 2010 membership.
All other transactions are scheduled to be refunded today.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused; you will be notified via email once we have issued the refunds.

Lol j'ai bien fait d'avoir mis en "OFF" à la dernière minute finalement.
GG se chie dessus en ce moment, ça part en sucette de partout mdr^^

Je me demande bien comment ils vont rembourser les transactions réalisées avec une carte de crédit depuis un compte hors US?
Cela me parait à priori pas très simple. Avec les taux de change etc...
GG a commis une fameuse bévue, ils risquent de s'en mordre les doigts... Les plaintes innondent...
J'espère que tout se terminera bien in fine.
