Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process all of the pre-orders, and make sure that your finances are in order, as we would hate to have to cancel your order(s) due to a credit decline. If you are an Attendee, you will need to bring a copy of your invoice(s), which will be emailed to you after processing is complete, and a photo ID in order to pick up your item(s) at our booth from May 24th-May 28th. Remember, all Exclusives MUST be picked up prior to Noon on Sunday, May 28th to avoid cancellation! If you are a Non-Attendee, your 30th Anniversary Exclusives are estimated to begin shipping around May 21st. Please allow up to 14 business days for all Exclusives to ship from our warehouse.
