Aussi étrange que cela puisse paraître, c’est à la fin du premier jour de l’événement que nous avons assisté à l’Opening Ceremony.
Après la pub pour l’excellentisime DVD de « Family Guy : The Empire Strikes Back » l’inauguration officielle de la convention a démarré avec la projection d’un fanfilm parodiant le « Rocky Horror Pictures Show » à la sauce Star Wars dont les protagonistes n’étaient entre autre que les organisateurs de la Jedi Con.
La suite du film d’introduction s’est déroulé en live sur la scène. Nous avons du ce fait entendu l’hymne de la convention chanté par Robert Eiba, Mark Dermul et tous les autres comédiens temporaires.
Avant de se clôturer, le moment était venu de nous présenter les différents invités de la convention et de nous annoncer le programme complet des festivités des deux jours à venir.
As strange as it could be, the Opening Ceremony took place at the end of the first day but it was worth the wait.
After the great introduction with the trailer of « Family Guy : The Empire Strikes Back », the opening ceremony started with a Star Wars Rocky Horror Pictures Show parody with Jedi-Con organizers as main characters.
The sequel of the introduction film was then live on stage with the convention song sung by Robert Eiba, Mark Dermul and all characters.
Before closing the ceremony, it was time for the guests to be presented on stage as well as the convention program.
