Hello,
I still haven't got any reply to my e-mail, nor have I received
the other 2 display cases yet.
I would also like to remind you that the one display case I did get was cracked and
I believe nobody actually intends to purchase broken items.
As I have already paid for the remaining display cases, I want the deal to be honored.
If the shipping delay is due to the size of the boxes, then I am willing to purchase
2 other items, with the condition that the amount paid (for the display cases) be deduced
from their price.
As for the broken display case, am I getting my money back or will you either send me
a new one or deduce that amount from the price of an other item.
Please reply to this e-mail before Thursday evening otherwise I will contact the qualified authorities
to seek reparation through legal action.

I am very sorry, I was ill the last 14 days and could not reply until now. The last display case (millennium falcon) will arrive on monday. So all three display cases will be shipped to you next week. We will check each display case for defects. Please send the broken display case back to us. The sipping costs you will get back with a cheque. Please let me know when you have shipped the display case and what you have paid for it, so I "pffffffuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit !" send you a cheque. If possible, please take the cheapest way of shipping.If you want other products instead of display cases please let me know, that would be no problem.
